Can you honestly say that you would be able to list out exactly what you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner this week? And let's not forget those snacks...One very effective way of monitoring what you consume is to take a photo of everything you eat and at the end of the day you can see the evidence...This allows you to alter the food you eat more easily because seeing it there in front of you often makes what is good and bad clearer as well as just how much bad stuff you ate...

How to do it – Simply take a photo of everything you eat and drink. We include the drinks because some drinks are very unhealthy and we also want to see how much water you are having each day. Compile the photos into a collage at the end of the day and post them to our Facebook Page.

Why do it – Knowing that other people are going to see and comment on what you have been eating will hopefully make you think twice before you eat too much bad food. It also allows you to see exactly what you are putting into your body. It's very easy to forget about the 3 chocolate bars you had earlier in the day when you are about to eat another one but when there is a photo there is no denying it. Use that photo as motivation to prevent you from eating another bad chocolate bar.
